More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.

Additionally included in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying various areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

More images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
